2. Data we may collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited data required to operate the website.
- Growth Check data: name, business, phone or WhatsApp, email, location, business model, current stage, goal, budget, timing and the context you provide.
- Communication and follow-up data: messages, appointments, proposals and notes connected to your enquiry.
- Limited technical data: IP address, browser, referring page, security and server logs.
- Analytics data only after consent, used to understand page use and campaign effectiveness.
3. Why we use it
- Review and respond to a Growth Check request.
- Prepare an initial diagnosis or relevant service proposal.
- Secure the site, prevent spam and resolve errors.
- Improve content and measure performance after consent.
- Meet contractual, accounting or legal duties when applicable.
4. Legal grounds and retention
Processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, for legitimate interests such as security and enquiry management, or based on consent for optional analytics or marketing.
Growth Check requests and related communication are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is required for a contract or legal duty. Security logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to their purpose.
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised Rokn El Web personnel and necessary hosting, email, security and analytics providers. Some providers may process data outside Morocco; we select established services and use available safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

You may request access, correction, updating, deletion or restriction, and object to processing on legitimate grounds. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting essential site use.
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 you may also complain to the CNDP. People in the European Union may have additional rights under the GDPR.
