These terms govern roknelweb.com. Every project’s final scope, price and timeline is defined by the proposal or contract agreed by both parties.

1. General information
The website is owned and operated by Rokn El Web, a digital agency based in Tetouan, Morocco. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms where they apply to browsing and submitted requests.
2. A request is not a contract until confirmed
Submitting a Growth Check, Rokn Start or contact request does not charge you or create a contract. Rokn Start is confirmed after domain availability, scope acceptance, payment and receipt of the required information and access.
3. Rokn Start, prices and results
Rokn Start is published at 490 MAD excluding tax for the stated scope: one business, one area, one language, a fixed template and an available standard .com or .net domain. The first year of domain, hosting and SSL is included; renewal from year two is 390 MAD excluding tax per year. The five-working-day timeline begins after payment and complete materials. External verification remains subject to Google or Meta.
Other published prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise and may change with scope, integrations and content. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, fixed lead volume or sales figure.
4. Intellectual property
Rokn El Web branding, original text, design and code are protected and may not be copied or resold without permission. Ownership of client deliverables and licences for tools, templates, fonts and third-party assets are defined in the project proposal or contract.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to Google, Meta, WordPress, WooCommerce and project websites. Their availability, policies and failures are outside our control and their use is governed by their own terms.
6. Liability and acceptable use
We aim for accurate information and service availability, but interruptions and errors may occur. Rokn El Web is not liable for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general website content. Security abuse, spam and unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where applicable. A signed project proposal or contract prevails if it conflicts with these general terms. Contact: contact@roknelweb.com.
