When do the five working days start?
After payment is confirmed and all required information, access and images have been received.
Will Google verification finish within five days?
We prepare and improve the profile. If Google requires verification, its timing depends on Google and the business owner completing the requested steps.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram every month?
No. Rokn Start covers setup, improvement and connection. Content production, publishing and community management are separate services.
Who owns the domain?
The domain belongs to the client. Rokn El Web only keeps the technical access needed to manage the active service.
