These terms govern roknelweb.com. Every project’s final scope, price and timeline is defined by the proposal or contract agreed by both parties.

1. General information
The website is owned and operated by Rokn El Web, a digital agency based in Tetouan, Morocco. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms where they apply to browsing and submitted requests.
2. A Growth Check is not a contract
Submitting a Growth Check or contact request does not create a contract or an obligation to accept a project. Scope, deliverables, price, taxes, schedule, payment and cancellation are set out in a separate proposal or contract.
3. Prices and results
Published prices are indicative and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. They may change with scope, integrations and content. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, fixed lead volume or sales figure; results depend on market, budget, offer quality, execution and external factors.
4. Intellectual property
Rokn El Web branding, original text, design and code are protected and may not be copied or resold without permission. Ownership of client deliverables and licences for tools, templates, fonts and third-party assets are defined in the project proposal or contract.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to Google, Meta, WordPress, WooCommerce and project websites. Their availability, policies and failures are outside our control and their use is governed by their own terms.
6. Liability and acceptable use
We aim for accurate information and service availability, but interruptions and errors may occur. Rokn El Web is not liable for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general website content. Security abuse, spam and unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
7. Governing law and contact
